BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. McMillan practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He graduated first in his class from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, LSU, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McMillan clerked for The Honorable James J. Brady, Senior Judge, in the Middle District of Louisiana. During his time at LSU, Mr. McMillan served as a Production Editor on the Louisiana Law Review and was the recipient of the W. Lee Hargrave Award for outstanding service to the Louisiana Law Review, the Chancellor’s Council scholarship, the Liskow & Lewis Scholarship, and The United States District Court, Middle District of Louisiana Judges Memorial Scholarship. Mr. McMillan also received 10 CALI awards for obtaining the highest score in a particular course. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. McMillan attended Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond where he majored in Political Science, minored in History, and received the Harold Leu award as the top graduate in Political Science.
